There are three steps I take when I work:

Investigate. I research the subject matter, gather material, interview the client and get clear on anticipated outcomes.

Inspire. I take all of the investigate material (see above; all the goodies) out for a thorough review, identify the theme and build the outline.

Implement. SKang dives in! It’s time to write.
